Complete guidance in admission to secondary schools abroad

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or the "Agreement") is concluded between Unipage LLC, a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" or "UniPage"), and the Service Customer (hereinafter referred to as " Customer"), hereinafter individually referred to as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". This Agreement is supplemented by the Terms of Use of the Site and the Privacy Policy, which are also an integral part of this Agreement.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. The Parties use the following basic terms with the purposes stated in this Agreement:

1.1.1. www.unipage.net — the official website of UniPage (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

1.1.2. Personal Account — a personalized workspace of the Customer with access secured from any third parties. The Personal Account is accessed through mandatory registration on the Website, which implies the acquisition of the Personal Account (hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Account" or “PA”).

1.1.3. Services — information, consulting, and other services provided by UniPage, published on the Website in the "Services" section at www.unipage.net/en/services.

1.1.4. Customer — an individual who has submitted a duly completed Request on the UniPage Website for reception of Services.

If the Customer is under the age of majority (defined according to the legislation of the country of permanent residence), the Customer shall upload the written consent for conclusion of this Agreement from one of the parents, adoptive parents, or guardians of the applicant to conclude this Agreement.

1.1.5. Request — an order duly executed on the UniPage Website for the provision of Services. All essential service information is recorded in the table (on the 1st page of the contract) under the "Application" block.

1.1.6. Mentor — a UniPage specialist who accepts a Request and processes it. He is the Customer’s coordinator of all issues related to the Customer's Request.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the services to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's electronic Request, as well as the provisions contained in this Agreement:

The service "Complete guidance in admission to an educational institution" includes:

Admission document preparation

• Conducting a search for academic programs that match the agreed criteria, the Applicant's level of preparation, and the education budget
• Developing an individual strategy for admission to the educational institution
• Outlining the admission requirements and compiling a list of necessary documents for enrollment
• Indicating the deadlines for submitting applications to the chosen educational institutions
• Selecting relevant international exams, determining the appropriate timing, etc.
• Identifying the uniqueness of the Applicant and selecting documents for presentation to the educational institution
• Providing successful examples and instructions for crafting resumes, motivation and recommendation letters, and other application documents
• Editing resumes, motivational letters, recommendation letters, etc.
• Offering general instructions for recognizing previously obtained education
• Checking the accuracy of document translations and legalization of educational documents
• Providing assistance and advisory support at every stage of the admission process

• 1 motivation letter or essay (to each educational institution)

Applying for a scholarship program with UniPage

After reviewing the student's profile, the Contractor independently decides on the possibility of applying for a scholarship at the selected educational institution.

When determining the chances, the Contractor takes into account a number of criteria: academic performance, foreign language proficiency, high scores in specialized exams, participation in olympiads, achievements in sports, art, scientific publications, active life position, leadership qualities, etc.

This service is provided free of charge and only as part of the "Complete guidance" service.

As part of this service, the Contractor:

• Analyzes the list and requirements of scholarship programs offered by the educational institution
• Chooses and completes an application for the program that best matches the qualifications of the Customer
• Maintains communication with the educational institution regarding any inquiries related to the scholarship application process
• Tracks the status of the application

Any additional documents required for the scholarship application (excluding the application form) will be charged according to the price list, or prepared by the Customer independently.

Service provision condition

If the Customer receives a tuition discount, the Customer agrees to pay the Contractor a reward equal to 15% of the discount amount (for no more than 1 year of study) within 30 days of receiving a student visa.

I agree to submit documents for a scholarship (or a discount for the first semester/year of education) and commit to paying UniPage a reward in the event of receiving a scholarship/discount _________ (Customer's signature).

The Customer has the right to decline applying for a scholarship by marking a strike through the clause above.

Terms of service provision

Depending on the date of the Request to UniPage, the terms for the provision of the scholarship application service may vary from 4 weeks (at least 22 working days) to the deadline for submitting documents for the scholarship program.

In case the Customer contacts UniPage less than 4 weeks (less than 22 business days) before the application deadline, the submission is considered urgent, the cost of services increases by 50%.

The term for providing a selection of educational institutions is up to 3 weeks, subject to the request's complexity. This time frame can be extended with the Customer's agreement.

*In case of holidays during the selection process, the service provision term increases proportionally to the number of non-business days.

Services are considered rendered in full once a comprehensive set of documents for the school is assembled, submitted online and/or physically sent to the school (depending on the school's requirements), and an official response regarding enrollment results is received.

The Contractor oversees the receipt of the educational institution's invitation. If a conditional offer is received, the Contractor informs the Customer about the list, conditions, and deadlines for submitting additionally requested documents to the school. The Contractor also oversees the receipt of an unconditional offer and forwards it to the Customer.

After receiving conditional or unconditional acceptance from universities, the Contractor supplies the Customer with the contacts of the coordinator (the school's representative for prompt communication regarding emerging issues). Additionally, the Contractor provides access to the created email to facilitate self-tracking of school correspondence, ensuring timely registration of the Customer for all educational institution events.

The Customer (Applicant) is responsible for the following:

• Paying for registration / tuition fees
• Selecting and registering for courses
• Registering for Open Days (orientation days)
• Registering for student organizations by interest
• Registering for other school events
• Registering for a medical examination
• Opening a bank account in the country of study
• Recognizing documents related to previously obtained education (nostrification, homologation, evaluation, etc.)
• Obtaining a residence permit upon arrival in the country of study

The Customer can choose to handle these tasks independently or may opt to sign a separate agreement with the Contractor for additional services, such as:

• Finding and reserving student housing
• Getting a student visa

Service cost calculation

The total cost of complete guidance depends on the number of schools to which the Customer is applying.

2.2. The Customer, in turn, undertakes to fully pay for these services in accordance with clause 4.3 of this Agreement.

3. Conditions and procedure for service provision

3.1. In order to use the services of UniPage, the Customer must go through the registration procedure on the Website without fail. If you lose your password, you must contact the UniPage support service (education@unipage.net) or reset your password yourself by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link on the Authorization page.

3.2. After completing the registration procedure, the Customer is responsible for the safety of his registration data and confirms that all actions to use such data will be performed by the Customer personally or by his own consent.

3.3. The Customer confirms the accuracy of the personal data entered by him in the Personal Account and assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of such data.

3.4. Prior to paying for the service, the Customer, in the Request or e-mail sent to the appointed Mentor, indicates his requested package of services and describes the additional information necessary to perform the service. For instance, the Customer should specify search criteria (such as preferred specialization, specific educational institution, country, city, tuition cost, learning format, number of programs, etc.) for conducting the search of academic programs. This information is recorded in a table on page 1 of the contract.

3.5. The service Agreement shall be effective from the moment it is signed by the Parties, affixed with the UniPage seal, and the full cost of the UniPage service is paid for by the Customer and funds are transferred to the settlement account of the Contractor.

3.6. The services are considered properly and fully provided after the formation of a complete package of documents for the university, its online submission and/or sending a physical copy of the documents to the university (depending on the university's requirements), and receiving an official response from the university regarding enrollment results, while complying with the conditions stated in clause 5.2.2. and 5.2.3. of this contract.

3.7. By signing this Agreement, the Customer agrees to the submission, processing, and storage of the Customer’s personal data received by the Contractor hereunder, to third parties, and in particular to: the embassy of the destination country, education institution, or any other institutions involved in the admission process. The Parties agree that the personal data information shall be used solely for the proper fulfillment by the Parties of the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.8. The liability of UniPage under no circumstances may exceed the amount of money paid by the Customer for the service provision.

4. Cost of services and payment procedure

4.1. Upon agreement with the Contractor on the services to be delivered by the former as specified in the Request, the Customer shall be invoiced for payment to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the Personal Account.

4.2. The Customer shall pay the full cost of the Contractor's services under the Agreement prior to the provision of the service.

4.3. The rates indicated on the Website are presented for informational purposes only. Due to additions to the search criteria and other factors, the cost of services may vary. The exact cost of the service is indicated in the table (on page 1 of the contract) in the "Service cost" field.

4.4. If, in the course of work, it becomes clear that it is necessary to prepare additional documents not included in the basic package of services, the Customer has the right to independently prepare the relevant documents or conclude an additional Agreement with the Contractor for the provision of additional services.

If the Customer modifies the criteria outlined in the contract for school selection in the course of work, the Contractor will send the Customer an additional agreement and an invoice for searching for programs based on the new criteria.

If, in the course of work, the Applicant does not meet the minimum requirements agreed upon with the Customer for admission to the chosen academic program (for example, by the time of submitting the application to the educational institution, the Applicant's average score or score on language or specialized tests is significantly lower than what was declared to the Contractor), the Contractor, with the Customer's consent, will either submit the application to the educational institution with the current results or send the Customer an additional agreement and invoice for searching for a program based on the new criteria. Additionally, the Contractor will provide extra services related to urgent adjustments in the admission strategy and the editing of the already prepared documents.

4.5. Payment is made by the transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account (in a bank or via online banking) or cash deposit in the Contractor's cash desk. The payment processing fee is paid by the Customer depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer.

4.6. Due to varying durations of payment processing by various payment systems and banking structures, the start of work on the Request may be delayed until the funds are credited.

4.7. Payment obligations are considered to be properly fulfilled at the moment the payment amount is credited to the Contractor's settlement account.

4.8. After making the payment, the Customer must notify the Contractor of the transaction by attaching an electronic image of the payment receipt or a screenshot of the successful payment for the service.

5. Obligations and rights of the Parties

5.1. The customer is liable for

5.1.1. Completing the registration process on the Website, which includes the unconditional acceptance of the terms of use of the Website.

5.1.2. Determining the package of services published on the UniPage Website at www.unipage.net/en/services and notifying the Mentor of the requested service.

5.1.3. Indicating all of the criteria by which it is necessary to select schools. For services not delivered herein, the Customer may pay an additional fee at the rate clarified by the Contractor.

5.1.4. Effecting payments hereunder and in full under this Agreement (within 3 days since the date of signing the Agreement).

5.1.5. Completing the Personal Account with data in a timely manner, as well as providing the Contractor with the documents and information necessary for the provision of the service.

Stages, tasks, and their deadlines (strategy for applying to schools) are sent to the Customer by e-mail for review and approval. The deadlines may be adjusted by the Customer due to circumstances or according to personal preferences and agreed with the Contractor in writing no later than 2 (two) calendar days after receiving the appropriate strategy. If the Customer fails to provide adjustments within the established timeframe, the strategy is considered agreed upon by the Parties.

All document drafts requested by the Contractor must be provided by the Customer no later than the deadlines agreed upon in the strategy. The drafts must be carefully thought out and neatly executed, in form and content following the recommendations of the Contractor.

Extensions for the deadlines specified in the admission strategy are allowed in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Contractor and cannot be more than 3 (three) calendar days. Extensions are formalized by an additional written agreement and the mandatory submission of a written request to the Contractor's address for such an extension no later than 2 (two) working days before the agreed date.

5.1.6. Providing the Contractor with complete and reliable information about the presence of chronic diseases and other personal information that may be an obstacle to participation in the Program in full or serve as a basis for denial of a visa or a ban on leaving the country.

5.1.7. Sending the certified acceptance of the services to the Contractor no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt from the Contractor, signed by the Contractor, or sending a reasoned refusal to sign the act.

In the event that the Customer fails to send the Contractor a signed acceptance certificate for the services rendered within the time limits specified in this clause, or does not provide a reasoned refusal to sign it, it is considered that the certificate is signed by both Parties, and the services are rendered in full.

5.1.8. In the event of a change in the e-mail address or contact phone number during the service provision period, informing the Contractor by changing the information in the Personal Account and sending a corresponding notification by e-mail no later than 2 (two) business days.

5.1.9. In the event that the Contractor is entrusted with an intermediary function in terms of transferring tuition fees, for paying all additional costs of the Contractor related to this operation (currency purchases, exchange rate differences, bank commissions, etc.).

The Contractor has the right to refuse the intermediary function without providing reasons.

5.1.10. Bearing all additional expenses related to the application process (courier mailing of documents, apostille, translation, notarization services, registration fees, travel expenses for entrance exams, etc.). The Customer must handle these matters independently.

The Customer is aware of the cost structure for the aforementioned expenses and understands that the costs for the procedures mentioned in clause 5.1.10 may exceed the amount already paid to the Contractor.

5.1.11. Guaranteeing the legality and correctness of registration in accordance with the requirements of the embassy or educational institutions of the documents provided in UniPage, issued by the competent authorities of the country of the Customer’s residence. The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of these documents. The Contractor does not examine such documents.

5.1.12. Familiarizing themselves with and complying with the established immigration rules for entry, stay, and departure from the country of study (according to the type of visa required for studying abroad). Under no circumstances is UniPage responsible for any violations of immigration policies by the Customer in the country of study.

5.2. The Contractor is liable for

5.2.1. Performing the full range of work specified in the description of the service in a qualitative and conscientious manner, in compliance with the Agreement.

If any document included in the "basic list of documents for editing" is not required by the agreed educational institution, it will not be processed by either the Customer or the Contractor. No compensation is provided for such cases.

5.2.2. Providing the Customer with a signed receipt of completed work, confirming the Contractor's actual execution of services as per the Application.

5.2.3. If the Customer makes the payment for the service before receiving the Contractor's confirmation to proceed with the Application, and the Customer's request cannot be fulfilled due to various reasons (e.g., lack of suitable programs within the declared budget, missed application deadlines, etc.), compensating the Customer with the full cost of the services minus transaction costs (as per clause 6.5.).

5.2.4. If the programs selected by the Contractor do not meet the pre-defined selection criteria due to the Contractor's oversight, offering the Customer alternative options for studying abroad.

5.2.5. In the event that errors are identified on the Contractor's part that led to an official rejection from the educational institution, offering the Customer the following options to choose from:

• Submitting documents to an educational institution that still has open enrollment
• Submitting documents to the originally agreed educational institution during the next intake
• Compensation amounting to 50% of the cost of complete guidance* for one program

*If the contract is for one program, the compensation will be 50% of the total cost for 759 USD.

If the contract is for two or more programs, the compensation will be 50% of (434 USD).

The compensation amount is calculated based on the number of programs for which the application was submitted with errors on the part of the Contractor.

5.2.5.1. These conditions are also applicable in case the Contractor violates the deadlines for submitting the application to the agreed-upon educational institution (provided that the Customer did not violate clause 5.1.5. of this Contract).

5.2.5.2. These conditions are applicable only if there is a written decision from the educational institution specifying clear reasons for the Applicant's rejection.

5.2.5.3. The conditions are not applicable if the educational institution sends a letter stating a list of possible reasons for rejection without specifying the case of the Applicant.

5.2.6. The Customer is informed about the risks and circumstances beyond the Contractor's control that may arise and lead to the partial or complete impossibility of implementing the Services under the Contract, including:

• Technical malfunctions on the educational institution's website that prevent the submission of an application
• Closure of the application intake for the program before the official deadline
• Request from the educational institution for any additional document (not specified in the official requirements on the educational institution's website) that the Customer cannot provide to the educational institution before the deadline
• Other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control

The Customer is informed about these risks and has no claims against the Contractor in the event of such circumstances. No compensation will be provided by the Contractor for accompanying the Customer in connection with these unforeseen circumstances. However, if desired by the Customer, the Contractor will provide full support for the next intake to the same university and program on a pro bono basis.

5.2.7. Not disclosing any confidential information about the Customer and their activities obtained during the provision of services.

5.3. The Customer is entitled to

5.3.1. Refer to the management of the Contractor in order to replace the Mentor of the Customer with another specialist of the company by sending an official request to the e-mail of the Contractor (education@unipage.net) with an indication of the objective reason for the replacement.

The Contractor is obliged to consider the request within 5 (five) business days and relay the decision to replace the specialist to the Customer.

5.3.2. In case the decision to terminate the Agreement is made, send a detailed request to the e-mail address of the Contractor (education@unipage.net) with an indication of the reasons for the termination of the Agreement and a request for monetary compensation, minus the part of the service package that was provided in full.

The Contractor is obliged to consider the request within 5 (five) working days and to send a decision to the Customer regarding compensation.

The calculation is based on the cost of each individual service (e.g., the number of selected programs / schools, editing of each individual document, etc.) according to the pricing list on the Services page at www.unipage.net/ru/service_expenses, but not exceeding the total contract amount, converted to rubles based on the exchange rate on the date of receipt of the corresponding payment to the Contractor's account.

5.3.3. Receive commensurate compensations and refunds, taking into account the limitations established by this Agreement.

5.3.4. If the Contractor assesses positive chances, apply for the university's scholarship program with the assistance of the Contractor.

5.3.5. Upon agreement with the Contractor, confirmed by signing an additional agreement, the incomplete application process may be postponed to the next intake or the following academic year.

In such cases, at the time of resuming the process, the Customer must pay the Contractor 217 USD for the application postponement. If there is a need for the Contractor to repeat the application form or edit the already prepared documents, the Customer must pay for this service as per the rates listed in the pricing table: www.unipage.net/ru/service_expenses.

If there is a change in the chosen schools initially agreed upon with the Contractor, the Customer must pay for complete guidance of the new programs provided by the Contractor.

5.4. The Contractor is entitled to

5.4.1. Independently determine the procedure for the performance of services under this Agreement. This means that the Mentor builds a strategy and sets deadlines for the Customer to provide document drafts, including deadlines for the completion of said documents.

5.4.2. The Contractor reserves the right to delay the start of work on the provision of services until the receipt of the necessary documents from the Customer, without which the service cannot be provided in full.

5.4.3. In case of violation of the deadlines established in the admission strategy or an additional agreement, demand payment of a penalty in the amount of 0.5% of the total cost of services for each day of delay, but not more than 100% of the total cost of services. At the same time, the Contractor, in the event of termination of this Agreement at the initiative of the Customer, has the right to withhold the accrued penalty from the amount of money paid by the Customer.

5.4.4. Take any action to perform the service in a timely manner in accordance with professional vision and experience.

5.4.5. Decide on the Customer's access to the created email account of the Applicant. The Contractor's sole access to the email account until the enrollment is finalized is due to the Mentor's full responsibility for receiving and providing timely feedback to educational or visa organizations.

5.4.6. If chances of receiving a scholarship are determined to be insufficient, the Contractor has the right to decline the Customer's application for the school's scholarship program.

6. Terms of service annulment

6.1. The Contractor shall be entitled to unilaterally annul the Request in case of failure to submit, or failure by the Customer to meet the submission deadlines of documents or data required to deliver services hereunder by the Contractor.

Terms to submit documents or information required shall be specified by the Contractor in accordance with clause 5.1.5.

6.2. The Customer may terminate the contract if the Contractor fails to adhere to the service provision terms specified in this agreement. The Contractor must notify the Customer in writing of the reasons for any delay that led to an increase in the service time frame before the established deadline. Additionally, the Contract may be canceled if the services provided do not meet the Customer's agreed requirements as outlined in this Agreement.

6.3. Upon cancellation of services, the Contractor retains all expenses incurred by him during the execution of the Agreement related to the implementation of the preparatory stage and the stage of preparing documents for admission, the costs of processing and reviewing the request, preparing documents, as well as the amount of the penalty provided for in this Agreement for violation of the deadline for the provision by the Customer of the necessary documents.

6.4. In case the service is delivered in part, the Contractor shall be entitled to deduct the amount of the service delivered in full.

6.4.1. If the Customer changes their mind about applying, or for any other reason decides not to submit the documents after the Contractor has performed the editing of all accompanying documents and filled out the application (including before its submission) to the educational institution, no compensation will be provided to the Customer.

6.5. In case of payment and refund, all additional transaction costs are withheld from the Customer.

6.6. Refunds are made within a period of 20 (twenty) days after acceptance by the Contractor of the decision on compensation and corresponding written notification of the Customer.

7. Admission guarantees

7.1. The decision to award the Customer with a scholarship is made by the admissions committee of the educational institution and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Contractor.

7.2. The Customer is aware of the risks associated with the selection procedure for applicants, and admits the possibility of refusal to enroll due to increased competition among applicants.

7.3. The Contractor does everything possible, within the scope of the contract and his professional competence, to increase the Customer's chances of admission to the selected and confirmed education institutions.

7.4. In the event of trip cancellation, the Contractor will assist in seeking reimbursement of funds paid by the Customer to the educational institution, in accordance with the institution's refund policy, by sending an official request to the educational institution.

If the educational institution fails to provide feedback within 7 (seven) days after receiving a written refund request, the Contractor will share the relevant department's contacts of the educational institution with the Customer. This enables the Customer to independently communicate further with the school regarding the matter.

7.5. If the Customer insists on submitting documents to the educational institution of his choice, while having non-compliance with the minimum requirements, insufficient academic performance, or other factors (as notified by the Contractor in advance) that prevent successful enrollment, the Contractor is not responsible for the result of this admission procedure.

7.6. The decision to award a scholarship to the Customer is made by the admissions committee or the relevant department of the educational institution and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Contractor.

7.7. Educational institutions reserve the right not to provide official feedback to the Applicant, and the Contractor is not obligated to guarantee the Customer's receipt of feedback from educational institutions.

7.8. If multiple requests are sent to the university regarding the Applicant's application decision, and the educational institution fails to provide feedback by the start date of the academic program, the services are considered fully provided.

8. Force majeure

8.1. Parties are not responsible for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if such failure was caused by force majeure arising after the conclusion of the Agreement as a result of extraordinary circumstances, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural phenomena, as well as war, military operations, blockades, the ban of actions and acts by public authorities, strikes, disruption of communications and energy supply, explosions that occurred during the term of this Agreement, which the Parties could not foresee or prevent.

8.2. In the circumstances specified in clause 8.1. of this Agreement, the Party shall promptly notify the other Party about such circumstances in writing. The notice must include information on the nature of the circumstance, as well as official documents that certify the existence of such circumstances and, if possible, give an assessment of their impact on the Party's ability to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.

8.3. In cases where circumstances as described in clause 8.1 of this contract occur, the deadline for fulfilling the obligations by the Parties under this contract will be extended proportionally to the duration of these circumstances and their consequences, or to the period after which it becomes feasible to resume the service execution actions.

9. Contract validity period. Contract modification and termination

9.1. The Agreement shall be effective immediately after it is signed by both Parties and since the date of payment effected by the Customer, and is valid until the works performed are accepted.

9.2. The Agreement is valid for 1 (one) calendar year from the date of its signing, and if the Parties do not sign the act after the expiration of the calendar year, it is automatically extended for the next calendar year.

9.3. The Agreement may be amended or terminated by the written agreement of the Parties, as well as in other cases as stipulated by the applicable legislation of the country where the company is incorporated and by the terms of this Agreement.

10. Dispute settlement procedure

10.1. Any discrepancies and disputes arising between the Parties shall be settled through negotiations by signing additional agreements and statements of disagreements, as well as by reporting on claims to consider within 10 (ten) business days since the date of claim received by the relevant Party.

10.2. In case an agreement is not reached by the matter under dispute as specified in clause 10.1., the dispute shall be delivered for consideration of the court of the country where UniPage is incorporated.

11. Miscellaneous conditions

11.1. Any other matters not covered by this contract will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

11.2. All annexes and additional agreements concluded between the Customer and Contractor are considered to be integral parts of the Agreement.

11.3. The Parties recognize the legal force behind electronic letters (documents sent by e-mail) and recognize them as equivalent to documents on paper, signed with a handwritten signature, because only the Parties themselves and persons authorized by them have access to the corresponding e-mail addresses entered when filling out personal information on the Website, and which are the electronic signature of the respective Party.

11.4. Access to the e-mail address is available with a password and the Customer shall be obliged to keep the password confidential. In case the password is forgotten, the Customer shall immediately inform the Contractor.

11.5. The Customer has the right to impose obligations for service payment on a third party (including a legal entity).

11.6. Information and consulting services provided by the Contractor are not educational activities, are not subject to licensing, are not accompanied by final certification, assignment of any qualification, and issuance of a certificate of education.

Additional agreement

Due to the current global situation, educational institutions, consulates, visa centers, and other authorities reserve the right to unilaterally make decisions without prior notice. These decisions can have significant implications for the Customer, including the complete or temporary transition to online learning, the implementation of additional requirements, the cancellation of education with or without compensation, the closure of consulate interview slots, border closures, and other circumstances that may hinder the Customer's travel or entry into the country of study.

The Contractor has no control over the decisions made by authorized authorities and cannot be held liable to the Customer for such decisions. The Contractor assumes responsibility solely for the quality of the services provided. The Contractor diligently and efficiently fulfills the obligations outlined in the contract. Non-compliance with obligations by third parties, namely the aforementioned authorities, does not entitle the Customer to a refund from the Contractor. In case of program or trip cancellation/rescheduling, the Customer bears all associated risks, including financial ones.

By entering into this Agreement, the Contractor guarantees that, at the time of signing, the situation allows for the supervision under the agreed terms. Any subsequent changes beyond the control of the Contractor cannot serve as grounds for Contract termination or compensation for the entire service amount.

The customer has the right to terminate the contract using the standard terms of the contract in terms of the due compensation and the mandatory withholding of the amount for the amount of work done in accordance with clauses 5.3. and 6. of the Contract at the following rates www.unipage.net/ru/service_expenses.
